I’m on 6 WLs at this point: USF, Tufts, NYMC, Stony Brook, Upstate, and Methodist.

As I’m preparing my writing to reapply, I was wondering what my prospects potentially are. My chances seem very low at each individual school either due to them being ranked or the sheer waitlist size but 6 WLs usually means at least 1 A apparently. Since they’ll be able to see that I have no acceptances starting tomorrow, would that make them more likely to accept me or pass me over in favor of trying to “poach” a more competitive applicant on the waitlist from their PTE school?

There's no way to know how they react. Focus on the things you can control, and any plans to take an offer. I assume you would be happy to attend any of the 6 on the list. You can at least rank them according to your preference or affordability, but until you get an offer, the exercise will help execute a quick decision.

Otherwise, prepare for reapplication.
