well then I think they are equally matched for tuition b/c MUSC is increasing their's by 17% next year since the state has backed out of payment.
For GRU if you live in certain counties that border GA that you can petition to pay in-state tuition. And/or if you do choose to live in GA for the 4+ years of schooling then you can petition for a "Reclassification" after 12months, which let's you pay in-state as well.
I would choose GRU but I do feel like MUSC might offer better education only because of their technologies/ clinical program.
However, when I went to GRU I felt more "comfortable".
