Just did a q where they said if you give an anticholinesterase, you increase ach at nicotinic and muscarinic....that's obvious.

Then they said the nicotonic effects were at muscles and cns, and in the cns, it would cause seizures and cns depression

How does it cause CNS depression? I would assume cns excitability, no?
