im having a anatomy exam in a few days about muscles, their function, innervation etc.

I have some books about anatomy (gray, sobotta, prometheus (thieme)), but not even one of these mentions ALL functions of the muscle. e.g.: book A does mention ALL functions of the m. biceps (biceps is multiarticular, so it also has a function as abduction and endorotation), but this same book does not mention all functions of the coracobrachialis.

So, my question is: what is the best source to learn about (all) functions of muscles? Do u know all the functions of the muscles, or only the 'important' ones?

ps: i know that most of these books mention the most IMPORTANT functions, but in a few days ill be helpen in anatomy lab (dissection), so i think its desirable if i know them all 🙂

im only able to do that for the main fuctions... not for other minor functions..

search for university of arkansas anatomy and umich anatomy. They both have charts that gives you the functions of each muscle.

i would shoot this question over to the rehabilitation sciences forum and ask in PT. they are after all, the most knowledgeable in human anatomy.

That's some low yield knowledge right there.
