What if a religious man can't do the N95 mask fit - how do they get a 4th year rotation? Is asking the school for a PAPR reasonable?

If the above doesn't work:

Depending on the hospital they will likely offer provisions for individuals that can't be mask-fitted for religious reasons. Its about 50/50 the people I know who shaved vs. didn't and ultimately the ones who didn't used surgical masks or KN95 with regular patients and PAPR/CAPR with aerosolizing procedures. PAPR is certainly an option, but not every unit will have ones and you will need to be trained in the use.

I'm not familiar with Sikh faith tradition specifics, but muslims can totally shave
Being actually Muslim myself....
No. It's mostly forbidden for Muslim men to be clean shaved, or at least that is the majority opinion among most muslims. In the height of the pandemic, some Muslim men did shave when the only PPE available wouldn't fit with a beard. If it's not necessary it should be avoided.

Also being Muslim, there is plenty of schools of thought that do say that

No it’s not.
Not sure what sect this is, but complicating your job more that it already is just to avoid shaving is a very tunnel-visioned understanding of the religion and its purposes.
