Did you really just dismiss my point as a humorous jab at people who are working to improve the standards with which we treat other human beings in 2015? I expected your post content to be garbage based on your conventionally-hypermasculine tagline about "lifting" (here's a hint, impoverished sulfur miners in Eastern Java lift much more than any of you or your "ortho 'bros'" and yet are forgotten the world over) and blue colored name, which signifies that you are closer to being banned (thankfully) from this website than Hillary Clinton is to being elected (and let me tell you, she is VERY close, and her administration will pave the way for parasites such as you to be rooted out very quickly), but never did I expect you to descend to such depths of human idiocy.

Do you even read? And by read, I mean works on the human condition - not your Tinder matches bios as you scour the latest Hale & Hearty's menu in your gentrified neighborhood you call a home. Do you even know of Andrea Smith, a prolific writer on Native American education, who exposed the systematic subservience that was ingrained in Black, Native American, and Hispanic children of the 20th century through "classes" on domestic servitude and industrial methods? Why don't you take a moment from your pathetic excuse of a life of flipping through lease deals for your latest hotrod car and learn about the torturous past of those who you label as athletes in an "Oppression Olympics"?

I have friends in the AIP program who are very good with searching databases and matching information to your post history. You better hope you will be banned, and not only banned, but deleted. You, like many others on this site, have posted enough information that you can easily be traced - if one with enough desire wishes to do so. Count your blessings that you made it this far in the medical hierarchy, because you will not be climbing much further. There is NO room for oppression in today's medicine, as you will surely find out when you are called in to do the carpet dance infront of your program director.

I was content to let you work, hoping you might learn from my prior post, but you seem to be immune to any sort of introspection in favor of "funny" posts in a search for internet like-points. Well, you will surely learn that today, on December 20, 2015, you made the unfortunate (for you, but fortunate for the rest of us) decision to throw your career away over those internet like-points. You should support Bernie instead... Hillary flipflopped for LGBT rights as late as 2013 whereas Bernie as mayor in 1983 supported the LGBT movement.

In 1963, Bernie marched with MLK for Civil Rights whereas Hillary was working for Goldwater who promised to overturn the Civil Rights Act.

In terms of women's rights, Bernie is as good if not better than Hillary who has stigmatized abortion in the past.


People change, but Bernie has consistently been on the right side.

I wanted to get some opinions on how some Muslim students have paid for medical school. I know that options are limited (loans, family help, military, scholarship,etc). But how did some of you guys pay for medical school? Did you take out some type of Muslim loan?

I am hesitant about taking out a loan, but are there Muslim loans out there? I have looked into full tuition scholarships and these tend to be limited to internal medicine, psychiatry, OB/GYN, family medicine, but I'm interested in going into general surgery.

Not familiar with student loans that are Islamic oriented but I have seen Islamic mortgages and the interest is renamed profit or whatever to satisfy Islamic requirements. But the underlying documents are the same as any joe blow mortgage. The fee from what I remember makes the Islamic mortgage more expensive so be careful if you find an Islamic loan.
