I was accepted to MWU in December and put my deposit down, but last week I was accepted to VCU (out of state). Cost will be about the same at both schools. I really loved both schools when I interviewed and so I am struggling with picking one.
My concerns about MWU is that there is not really a track record of the program because this year will be the first graduating class. So the clinic and the way things are run are still developing. I haven't found many opinions on what the older students think of the clinic and how they run it. My concerns about VCU is that there are specialty programs, which I think may hinder the experience that the regular dental students could get. I have also heard this could be a plus, but it just depends on the school, in which case I don't know about VCU.
I am not looking to specialize. I seem to go back and forth with this decision. If any one could give me their opinions or insights about these schools and my decision, it would be very appreciated!!

I liked Tufts better, but I'll always have great things to say about MWU-AZ. Personally, between MWU-AZ and VCU, I'd go MWU-AZ. You can't go wrong with either, though.
