MWU Glendale...Have you taken these classes?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Where did you get the list of professors? I haven't gotten any info like that.

Have any of you already taken any of the following courses in the MWU BMS program?:

Oncology (taught by Jones)
Medicinal Chemistry (taught by Chavez)
Epidemiology (taught by Cooper)
Histology (with Walters)
Biochemistry (with HUll)
Human Phys(with Al-Nakkash)

Oncology is good... Jones is a bit loopy at times and has tons of stories.. but his tests are fair and u can always argue if u dont agree.

Chavez is..... a little rough. He is sometimes hard to understand and follow along, but he is very nice to everyone and is generally a nice test maker. I would avoid the class if it was me

Epi by Cooper will be a breeze. Any class by Cooper is a breeze. He is nice, funny, caring, and will help you 24/7.

Histo by Walters is the most valuable class on that list. She is the Head of Anatomy and you have to work. She is also an amazing professor.

Biochem with that prof I never had.... but Biochem for me was rote memorization.

Al-Nakkash.... I personally hated her style of tests. We had her for physio and she would test the most random thing that it pissed me off b/c there were a lot more important concepts that should be tested upon.
