MWU-IL Specialization Rates?

Would going to MWU-IL hinder my chances of specializing if I decide to go that route?

A school's reputation with program directors goes a long way toward acceptance. Applying for specialty means you will be competing with grads from Harvard, UCLA, UW, UConn, UNC and other elite first choice schools. Then again, people definitely do get into ortho, os, ect from less selective private schools, its just a much harder climb.
