With an 18 AA, 19 PAT, and 19 TS please tell me what schools should I keep and eliminate. My gpa is around a 3.39

Temple University
University of the Pacific
Ostrow School of Dentistry
UPenn
UCSF
Indiana University
University of Kentucky.

btw can I get into Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry with my stats?

Personally, I wouldn't recommend applying to UoP, UPenn, and UCSF since your stats are too low. Unless you have some stellar ECs, then I would apply. And you could apply to all those schools, but I do not think it is likely that you would get in...

Also, could you please include your state of residence, whether or not you are an URM, ect.?

what about my gpa which is 3.39 science and USC's DAT averages are 20 AA, 20 PAT and 20 TS. Read their website. So what about UoP with a 3.38 science gpa along with mad ECs and other stuff, so is it likely for UoP? USC's averages are 20AA, 20 PAT, and 20 TS and then compare them with my 18AA, 19 TS, and 19 PAT.

UoP generally favors high DAT scores; your 18 AA/19 TS/19 PAT is average which is a far cry from a 22 AA/22 TS/22 PAT. You can apply, a lot of people apply their with similar stats, but I still do not think it is likely (I wouldn't feel comfortable applying there with those stats since the odds are heavily against you).

For USC, I edited my original comment before reading your response. Your sGPA is average, but your DAT score is still below their average. I would apply anyways because it is an average after all.

(2014 Incoming Class Averages)
Temple: AA 20, 3.50 GPA
UoP: AA 21, 3.50 GPA
USC: AA 20, 3.50 GPA
UPenn: AA 22, 3.67 GPA
UCSF: AA 21, 3.51 GPA
Indiana: AA 19, 3.33 GPA
Kentucky: AA 19, 3.55 GPA

Its a pretty competitive list, but then again these numbers are just averages. If you have a great application overall, it's definitely possible. UCSF might be very tough if you're not a CA resident.

Of those you listed, I think Temple, USC, Indiana, and Kentucky will be good to go. Although I don't know if Indiana and Kentucky have IS/OOS preferences.

My gpa is a 3.38-3.39 science. With a 3.38 science gpa do you think I have a good shot at Temple, USC, Kentucky and Indiana? And Kentucky and Indiana as I contacted them they dont give preference to their state residents, the qualifications are the same for IS and OOS.

I'd recommend adding some more schools on your list. What is your state of residency?

Definitely add more private schools, your state school(s), and then Penn/UCSF/UoP can be your "reach" schools.

I think I applied to 5 CA schools, 4-5 OOS private, 3-4 "reach" schools, and any other school without IS/OOS preference that was within my reach.

My state of residency is VA. I used to live in WI since I was born till 2000. My masters gpa is a 3.38 science and undergrad was a 3.21 science. Other schools in the list are
Marquette
Michigan
LECOM
MOSDOH
Midwestern-IL
VCU
Western
Minnesota
Tufts
NYU

Not sure about the other schools, but I think you can eliminate UPenn....
Definitely not stopping you from applying there, cuz hey, who knows what could happen, but you DID ask suggestions for which schools to eliminate.

Yup, they asked for feedback and this is it. UCSF is also unlikely.

What about University of Detroit Mercy do you think I have a shot there with an 18 AA, 19 PAT, and 19 TS?
