So I did my CASPer quite a while ago and my results should have been sent in already since I already have access to the results myself. I checked my distribution list and all the schools that say they haven't received them in my status are listed on there and were selected when I initially registered for the test. The weird part is that some of the schools on the list HAVE indicated that they received it and were selected at the same time as the others who haven't. I don't really know why this is happening, and I've sent emails to admissions for all the schools missing it, but I'm not sure what else to do. Has this happened to anyone else before? Do I need to contact Acuity Insights as well? Like I'm confused why only some schools might have it but other schools don't when I selected them all at the same time.

It would be better to contact the individual schools but I would imagine the person assigned to your application at each individual school just has to manually check off that they have been received and haven't yet. The same thing happened with letters of recommendation at certain schools. For example I'm applying to university of Iowa and they have to manually download and approve each letter from amcas before your application is marked as complete, I've been waiting for like 3 weeks now for that to happen.

Each school has their own individual processes and quirks that can cause us to perceive things are going wrong when they may not be. If you're really worried you can email each school asking whats up, but likely they just need to manually "check the box" on your casper status.

If your Acuity Insights portal says that they delivered your scores or made them available to the schools you designated, then it is the schools' admissions teams that need to change their status to score received. Not every school has an automated process to change your "received" status. Go ahead and check with the schools... they may have just forgotten.
