My DAT Score -- Done forever

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Thanks guys!

Bootcamp is all you need for PAT. For me, it was slightly harder than the real test but very similar.

If you're talking about the Top-Front-End then the only thing I can suggest is to practice. One tip is to not bother visualizing the object as a whole. Instead, focus on making sure the number of solid lines are equivalent when comparing the top side to the side or front. If it has multiple jagged points then just make sure they're spaced out at the right points. Just focus on the small details and usually that's enough to eliminate most of them.

For Cube Counting, I actually look ahead and see what number of sides they ask for and only mark those down on my paper. So if a object is asked how many cubes have 1, 3, 4 sides exposed then I save time by not bothering to mark the ones that are 2,5 sided.

If you struggle with the hole-punching then it helps alot if you use the graph side of the paper you're given to circle where you think the hole is punched.

Sorry if that didn't help much...

For GC and OC, I did DAT Destroyer once and then did all the Bootcamp practice tests. They both have their strengths and it really helped to do them both. For me at least, the IR wasn't very important in the Destroyer. I didn't bother memorizing any of them aside from carbonyl, alcohol, and amide. The maps at the back of the Destroyer were godlike!

For the angles did they have 1 long side and 1 short side like in bootcamp? Or were both lines the same length?

Can anyone please give me an honest opinion about my score and my chances? So nervous 🙁
Would have definitely got 20 AA...if had not miss 6 questions on QR. I am not a native English speaker and I moved to US after my high school..So not good at RC.
Thanks in advance!
