There is no single DAT score...but the main three to look at are
Academic Average (the average of Bio, OC, GC, QR, and RC)
Total Science (a scaled score based on your performance in Bio, OC, and GC)
PAT
Those are the major three components. So long as all your scores are fairly similar, then these three scores are a good indicator of how you did. If, somehow, you scores a 29 on OC and a 15 on Bio and a 20 on GC, then the schools might look and wonder why you scored so low in bio.
Like I said...there is no single DAT score cause each test measures something slightly different.
