So after the dat I was very surprised at how well I thought I did for the amount of time I studied (started May 5th, took test yesterday, didn't put books down until final minute before exam). These are my scores, any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Also my gpa helps a lot.
    Major/total: 3.84/3.84

That's really impressive for the little amount of time you put in to studying. Good job, you should have no problem getting into some good dental schools.

Really? All these SDN posts make me think otherwise, it seems like everyone gets 24's and 25's! But who would post a 17AA and brag about it I guess. Have you already applied for dental school, or are you in dental school, I'm very curious about the application process, if you had any input.

I am beginning the process of applying to dental schools. Here is a website that shows average DAT scores for the different schools. I believe its from 2012 so I dont know how accurate it is but according to the list you're score is above the average score for many very good schools. http://www.dat-prep.com/dat-scores-for-dental-schools

I used chads videos a lot, I went through them almost twice, but try to go through them once with taking notes and once just try to understand what it is he's saying, because after going through the notes the first time I was very confused about some things so going back is key to understanding what he's saying without taking notes. My scores are listed in the thread as an image.
P.S. I hate blue mist star buzz!! I prefer Fumari lemon mint!! Try it out

For practice tests, I took DAT achiever, and I did horrible. I only took the first two exams although I ordered all seven, but I was just so ashamed that I couldn't take the rest. I had a 16 on the first exam (AA) and a 15 on the second achiever practice exam. My scores on individual sections were as low as 14 in organic chem and the highest was an 18 in QR and that was with pure guessing for about half the questions.

Yes, for the most part. Some videos I didn't repeat because I knew them well. When I tell you I studied from morning to night, I mean it. I woke up at 4 AM some days to get a head start and study from 4 AM-12 AM. I had plenty of time with my schedule to finish chads videos twice and I could've done it 3 times had I not slacked the beginning of the two weeks.

You are set. All you need to do is make them believe that you can handle the course load at Dental school. Based on your GPA and DAT scores. You can.
