Hey all ,
Just took my dat for the first time today and here are my scores. Please let me know how I did and if it is competitive enough. I graduated UCLA with a degree in molecular cell and developmental biology and my overall GPA is about 3.5 and my sGPA is about 3.2-3.3.

Ya I had a pretty good o chem background. I was a ta for the subject for my college and I scored 99 percentile for the national organic chem test or whatever it is called.. my best advice for o chem is to practice a lot of problems. memorizing reactions and concepts is not a good idea in my opinion since o chem is pretty much logic after understanding a few concepts.

I personally believe you will have no problem getting interviews and acceptances.

Do you mind sharing what resources you utilized and the duration of your study?

I used mainly math destroyer, DAT destroyer, qvault, Bootcamp, ap biology and ferlis bio. Notes... I used other resources as well but mainly for a few sections or practice exams

It all depends on if you're a cali resident or not. I haven't heard back from them yet. Supplemental was processed in October

I studied for about 12 weeks, 8 hours a day.

I started with chads videos and then used dat / math destroyer and vault and bootcamp mainly. I recommend you do a lot of practice tests and make sure you work on your speed. I was scoring pretty high in qr, on average i would get 37/40 question correct and for o chem and gen chem i would almost always score in 24. My weakest was reading comprehension, i would usual get a 19 on bootcamp. The actual reading comp was much easier than expected and the QR was much hard in my opinion

Me or mtm? I got anywhere from 21-25 AAs when I was doing practice exams. For QR I got 24-29 so that was honestly my biggest disappointment if you were to ask me haha.
