my gre account blocked

my gre online account has been blocked. i forgot my password and i'm not sure about username.some how i remembered my username after i had clicked forgot username option. then i returned back to enter my username and i clicked forgot password. then suddenly i got " your account is blocked" message on my screen . now i'm unable to open my account ..what to do now??? please help if anyone of you have idea about this..

hi all ... i'm very happy to say that my gre account is unlocked... actually what happened is...first i called them but i got some recorded message... after that i kept quiet for 2 days.. i.e., i didn't open my account .... and today, when i entered my username and password, i was opened!!!!!
