I?m seriously considering having a circumcision due to pain and bleeding during sexual intercourse. I was hoping some of you Residents/Urologists could provide some information on the procedure?The questions that I am mostly interested in getting answered are.... What is the average cost of this procedure? What is the recovery time? What are the complications that may occur? How long will I be out of ?the game?? I?m essentially just looking for a complete outline of the entire process.

woah! I can't answer any of your questions, but that sucks. BTW, keep in mind that if you get circumsized, your mushroom tip will grow many extra layers of skin and be less sensitive to the good vibrations. Also, why not just protect your penis w/ a condom?

Ok on a serious note, I know a person that got a nasty infection and had to have a cricumcision done at age 45. His response was, "I wish I had this done at birth so I would have had 45 years to forget about it"..

So, the bottom lline is this, there will be post-op pain, yes, but you will get over it!! So, you just need to consider is it actually is benficial to you or not.
