My plight...do i have a shot?

I am interested in either General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery or Urology.....
I have a USMLE Step 1 score of 231/99....overall in first 2 yrs i was probably top 1/3rd of my class.... and now im in the middle of 3rd yr and have all Pass (including in Surgery) but no High Pass or Honors. I have 2 publications (in basic science and a surgery case report)

So overall I am just an average student......do i have a shot for gen surg, ortho, uro residencies?
im willing to go anywhere for residency n im not too concerned about going to TOP residency....i guess ive lost my ambition now

GS - Yes

Ortho - probably with good letters

Uro - Not looking good

GS - yes.

Ortho - Last year somebody matched from my school with a very similar resume. 231 Step 1 and not a lot of research IIRC. She's a minority female so I don't know if that played a big role or not.

Uro - It's going to be tough from what I've been told. If you get good research done and do a couple of aways at realistic programs and work your ass off you might have a shot. Uro requires good numbers but it's a pretty small field and connections can help a lot
