  1. Medical Student
GPA: 2.9 (Cell Bio, McGill)
MCAT: 34O

Well, and all the other things: 300 hours of volunteering, good reference letters from doctors etc.

My main concern is my GPA. Anybody got into SGU with something like mine?

Thanks for you attention.

P.S.
Well, I am applying in any case, it's just that reading all these threads and getting redundant evident answers is pure psychotherapy for me.

I think you have a good chance of being considered for an interview. McGill from what I understand, is a competitive undergrad school. I imagine your MCAT score reflects your ability to do well in Med School. If you can explain why you avg'd less than a B in those courses (medical reasons, personal issues during the semester, an F or incomplete in a course, etc.) you may convince your interviewer that you have learned from this.
Ask yourself if you can improve upon how you studied in undergrad. If so, then explain that to your interviewers.

If I were to look at the overall application, IMO you have a good chance to succeed at a caribbean school. The fact that you are asking this question means you have a desire to achieve the best admissions possible, with your creds.

Good luck!
