My teeth are so yellow

OMG This is the only place I can ask.

I have a problem. No matter how much I clean my teeth, my teeth are yellow as orange.... (with little exaggeration)

According to my dentist, he said that my crown (enamel part?) has micro-holes in them and plague can stay "inside" my teeth making it look yellow.

Is there any way to take them out? And, could someone clarify me about the concepts of teeth with holes in them?
