My advisor told me he is working on a new class potentially for next fall. to stay anonymous, it would be chemistry or bio. Would it be a bad idea to enroll in it then, as it would be the first time the class has been offered? It is an upper division course, I just have no idea about the rigor, even though I doubt the adcom would know.

How many MCATs are there?

Haha my, that is confusing. Well, why would you be interested in taking it in the first place? I don't understand what the issue is.

If you like the topic and/or the professor, take it. I've taken a few "new" classes, and while the professors are still trying to work out the kinks, it's not like you're not going to learn anything if it's a science class. (If it was a humanities class, I might advise against it, haha.)

No MCAT for home, study for 30, but is it for 20 like 30 when you no study it to be for doctor, for 30 instead? or half is 10 for 20?

UMM HOW i word this... ok u take 20 no studying for 30 if URM, so divide 2 u dont apply, u get 10 but for URM it no 30, so 20 would be for pre-med if u werent a URM ?

Whoever understands this first wins my vote this november

New classes are offered by new professors every semester. Typically, it's must easier to ensure and A or A- in one of the upper level classes.
Why not take it? First ask around about the reputation of the professor though.

He's an established professor in the department. I'm super super interested in the class and I would jump at the chance seeing as nobody has presented a good argument against it

How would adcoms know? Stop being paranoid.

How is this quote not a good argument against it:

But in all seriousness, go ahead and take the course if you like the professor and are interested. If the class is difficult, liking it will give you more motivation to study and do well in the class. Plus, extra practice with more difficult classes and time management can always be a helpful way to prepare for the rigor of medical school.

Also, your signature is confusing. I would go back and fix it on an actual computer.
