Histology is the anatomy of cells.
Pathology is the abnormal anatomy of cells

I’m guessing then that Pathological Anatomy is basically your Pathology class that’s been redundantly named

I believe Pathophysiology is stuff like electrolyte abnormalities, mechanics of lung diseases, etc. Basically what happens when normal physiology goes wrong.

If you're getting that instead of Histopathology, your school is doing right by you.

You should migrate from your university to another university ,where you can get a better environment to study Pathology.There are plenty of university who admit you in the discipline of Pathology
