Random Question:

If a pregnant patient who has a history of myasthenia gravis develops eclampsia, do you still give them mag sulfate even though it is contraindicated (b/c of the MG)?

In the event that eclampsia does present in the pregnant patient with myasthenia gravis, phenytoin is the currently accepted method of treatment.
