Some schools may be more lenient to accept a C, but if the school strictly states that it must be B's, than that's that. I've heard of student's being under the same conditions in order to matriculate. Failure to comply with the conditions usually results in the rescinding of the acceptance which has happened on numerous occasions with some people here.

Will they let you take it in the summer? You might want to check your options and call the school to clarify, however, the information I provided is based upon the cases which I've seen before.

Talk to the prof and let him know your situation and goals. Work your a** off in the class and make sure the prof can see that. Talk to the prof every week about a topic you may be struggling on. The little things do matter, be proactive and work hard.

You should have had your 1st midterm by now and judging from your post, you likely did bad. Ask the prof how to study more efficiently, find the formula for the composition of the exams and no life the hell out it

Hello,
I got accepted into a Pharm.D. Program under one condition which is get Bs on the pre-requisits that I am taking this spring semester.
I am taking biochem (a prerequisite), and I am not feeling that I'll be able to pull a B in this class because of my professor and the way he's testing us.
Did anyone have the same problem? If yes, what happened? Did the pharmacy school reject you after getting accepted?
That is a hard class itself no matter what professor is teaching. I had a hard to pass the class and let me tell that semester I didn't not have a day off. What helped me the most is I read a chapter before class, I checked my syllabus and for the whole week i kept reading the chapter. By the time class came I actually knew what he was talking about. I did all homework twice, to make sure I understood especially enzymes and pH problems.
Than I tried to find on quizlet all possible tests just to test myself. I believe also I had a hard textbook and I hated it (Legninger). So I watched youtube a lot and googled also. So yeah, sounds like the end of the world at the beginning, BUT once you are involved into it, it's gonna seems like ok to study. It's scary to think about and hard to start

I currently have an A+ in biochem. What I do is I rewrite the lecture notes in my own word. For the pathways, I test myself by drawing out the process and literally talk through it. Know the regulations of each process. Reread your notes after class.
