Your EC's are satisfactory, but keep building the hours as much as you can, especially for Rush which typically wants to see more commitment and impact (closer to 1000 total hours).

I would consider Stritch/Loyola: see their posted "average" matriculant experience hours (though I don't like using averages). They also are among the early champions to consider DACA and first-gen students.

The schools Faha listed should be fine with your MCAT 512. Mission fit gets the II's/A's.
