Could you maybe break down your non-clinical hours into more specific "buckets" concerning what hours you did where? And what was your role in the school organization(s)?

I would remove Georgetown and Rush because of their high standards for non-clinical service (note: some adcoms on this forum will indicate that crisis text line and sport coaching — if not done for some underserved population — may not be sufficient for service hours). I would also remove Virginia Tech and West Virginia as those schools have pretty significant IS bias, and as an applicant from Texas this is likely going to go against you unless you have mid-atlantic ties.

As for other schools...not sure what's worth adding, others like Faha can help scheme up good choices. FWIW, applying OOS from Texas is hard because schools know that people like to stay in Texas (low tuition!)

Non-clinical volunteering: 420 hours ( Crisis Text Line, Coaching a sport, organization at school (2x))
I'm also going to say that crisis text line doesn't tend to satisfy "service orientation". Most prefer seeing community service done in-person or face-to-face. If you find a volunteer position that values your counseling training such as in shelters, you are better served getting more hours there. (Your Girl Scouts award is helpful, but I'm not sure it is sufficient.)

Your coaching could be seen as an extension of your varsity sports commitments or your identity as an athlete.
