My comments:

1) I like TFA, but online tutoring isn't what most adcoms expect from those who do TFA. Was this during the pandemic? I just want to make sure I'm up-to-date because being immersed in a Tier 1 school opens your eyes about the disparities of education support.

2) Do you have any service orientation activities held in-person? Dance Marathon fundraisers don't count. Crisis text line is not in-person. I would need more information on your harm reduction as music festivals event planning, but that is also usually not "service orientation" for this purpose. This means with no documented hours of community service orientation activities, your application is vulnerable to getting screened out at most schools.

I think you should start in-person volunteering now, with the underserved.
Dance Marathon is an activity, not service (even if you were doing it to raise $ for charity).
