I sent my transcripts last week and one of them is already received. It just came to my attention that my middle name appears on both of my transcripts, but on AMCAS/AAMC profile I entered my name as it appears on my ID (without a middle name). Same thing with transcript delivery service I used. I'm not sure how to fix this problem as the AAMC website states name should match that on your ID.

I added one alternate name as I have changed my name legally a couple of years ago. Would it matter if I add the name now after I have generated transcript request forms and ordered them with the one without a middle name?

List any alternate names on your AMCAS application. Request your transcripts such that the school can find your transcript and send it to AMCAS. AMCAS then matches the transcript to your application. It shouldn't be tricky.
I just realized that I have already added my full name with a middle name as an alternate name lol. I also just called AAMC and they said I'm good. The thought of having delays due to transcript issues is making me over worry at this point. Thank you 🙂
