Today, I just took the Naplex. I was unaware that I clicked the tutorial and when I saw the first question, I started jotting down formulas and key notes. Then when I realized I was still on the tutorial I have already written down quite a bit. The proctor did not stop me or notify me. Anyone with a similar experience can share their story??

Why would that be misconduct? You're already in the testing room, you've been checked for contraband and cleared to proceed. Since the proctor did not stop you it is likely they did not see anything amiss. That pad they give you is for a reason - to help you organize your thoughts to be able to answer a question. They collect it at the end of the exam, so write whatever you want.
