Is the naplex more difficult the second time? Do they make the questions harder? The rxprep lady said this at school...

Nope it's randomized. However if you keep getting questions right, it gets progressively harder. If u start seeing weird stuff halfway thru the exam, it means ur doing well. If the last question is "What are statins used for". u better pray real hard that u will pass.

I also think that the test will keep giving you same topics, e.g. flow rate, if you get flow rate wrong.

yes ,,its so much harder ,,the math problems are so hard and only 10 or less ,,also the choose all that apply type is 20 or more ,,and in general is most questions are clinical .

This test is adaptive, no matter what the naplex people say. if you get a question wrong, it will ask you another one of the same subject, not just one of lesser point value. that happened to me three times with obscure math problems. not sure how one passes this test with the computer system.
