For those that have taken the exam recently and have encountered questions on topics like Cystic Fibrosis, MS, Sickle Cell, would you say just knowing the main drugs (MOA/SE/BBW) for each of those dx states is suffcient enough for the naplex? or should i know why the drugs are given based off guidelines, protocols etc.
