just curious, is naproxen pronounced na-prox-in or nap-ro-sin bc i always thought it was the 1st one, but was hearing my professor using the second one?

Naproxen = generic
Naprosyn = brand
You got it pronounced correctly for both
You learn generic pronounciation on the first day of school???
we are put in the pharmacy the 2nd week of school....and the slight differences/generic names were puzzling to me back then, but after a quick stint working, they became easy.

way off topic, the tech on my hospital rotation says pulmicort like this:
pulm-EEE-cort. makes me cringe.
