I posted a question about them earlier this month (see below). Basically, the only information I can find is the web page, which doesn't really give you much other than, "Yes, scholarships do exist", and an address to write to.
I wrote to the address last week. If they send any decent information in it, I will post it in this forum.
Yes, the interviews are regional..but not at the same location every year. Applications have been available since late December. They have a number you can contact them at for questions but I do not have it with me right now.
All I know is that the people who schedule the interviews are pretty dumb. Last year when my interview was scheduled I was living in Topeka, KS. They sent me to my interview in St. Louis, MO. This doesn't sound bad until you sit there all day only to find out that the interview day has been canceled and you were never told (This was already a reschedule because they canceled the first interview day only 2 days prior). When I called them to reschedule they asked if Kansas City, Kansas was too far to travel. When I pointed out that I live in Kansas and in fact only 50 miles away from KC and wondered why I was sent all of the way to St. Louis in the first place. I was told that they are on the east coast and are not responsible to know geography.
The moral of the story is double check everything they send you and see if they have any other interview sites available. I know that besides St. Louis and KC they also had interview sites at KCOM. Good luck, I would think twice about signing away 4 years of your life to a program that lets people like this do their interview scheduling etc when you can get them same benefits and have more control over your life if you wait and sign up after you are a doctor.
