Hey all, anyone familiar with the National Spine and Pain practices operating out of the maryland and northern virginia area? A good practice to work for? Any idea what the compensation is for the pain docs working there?

pyramid scheme with midlevels doling out the candy and younger docs get worked to the bone. i dont have first hand experience, but ive heard this story from 3 separate sources.

That was my main concern. Seems like they are working in a corporate structure. If they are doing a ton of SCS I would assume they are making a pretty penny, but the way the company is structured it seems a lot of the revenue generated is going to the suits at headquarters?

high volume pills for shots model. Docs have little control, things are run by "corporate." They hire new grads, for attractive starting salaries and then work them into the ground.
