Hello, we've spoken with SDN moderators and are registered as a Vendor. We are not an "ad," we're a group of physician-scientist trainees doing this (non-profit) work for free. These are completely free to attend panels where applicants can ask questions of current trainees to help prepare their applications.

We're happy to try to post advertising that feels less like an "ad" and are happy to work with SDN. We're all medical students with limited free time, so yes, we typically keep the same formatting for all of our posters.

We're open to any suggestions SDN may have, and we can refrain from posting if that's preferred, but we feel it's pretty relevant content for applicants? We all volunteer our time to join these panels and answer students questions, and many here find them of value. Please feel free to PM me if you'd like to chat further!
