Hi everyone. I recall reading 6-7 months ago about a website produced by a Navy Doc regarding OIS, setting up military rotations, the military match, recommendations as to how to increase the probability of getting what you want (albeit small), etc. For the life of me I can not recall the website (I foolishly formatted my old PC dismissing the neccessity of retaining the bookmarks) and have spent enough time scouring the archives of SDN. Is anyone remotely familiar with the website I speak of? I believe this was a student from the late 90's that went to the University of Rochester. I remember at the time reading it and thinking "Ohhhhh, so that's how it works," and thinking how useful it would be to hang on to it. Of course, I'm without it. Who can help me? If worse comes to worse, I can use the variably useful anecdotal advise I've found just from SDN, but I found this other site to be extremely detail oriented. Thanks so much ahead of time.

thanks so much! the site hosted on vanderbilt was the one i was looking for (rochester? way off!). I was getting worried no one knew the site. thanks again.
