Navy HPSP credit under 'legal review'

Does anyone have any more information than this? I have been told by PERS that HPSP credit, regardless of CWS status, is under legal review and may not be credited in the future. I got off active duty in 2019, did a good Reserve year under CWS and heard crickets for 4-6 months from PERS when I asked when my 1:1 HPSP year was going to be applied. They finally got back to me and said it's under 'legal review' and then refused to elaborate any further.

I have not heard anything. I did receive an email about HPSP and operational medical billets but it stated nothing about a legal review. I haven’t heard anything from my reserve specialty leader, but honestly that doesn’t surprise me. I received all 4 years of credit already but would be huge not to be able to get it in the future. I hope it comes through for you.
