Navy HSCP - GI Bill

Hi,

I'm a 3rd year (final year) dental student at UOP on Navy HSCP
1.) Am I accruing time for GI Bill (Montgomery or post-9/11) either during my active duty time as dental student OR during 3 years as navy dentist in repayment? Comparing specializing in OMFS while in the navy vs completing navy repayment and then specializing outside the Navy (hopefully with funds from GI Bill!)

2.) Am I eligible for Navy Student Loan Repayment program?

3.) Should I refinance my ~200k in loans with VA loans and/or other loans available to active duty military?

Basically, help me maximize Navy active duty benefits! Feeling very confused and disorganized with all this information..
