I'm finally having my two interviews with retired Navy dentists next week. What can I expect at these interviews? Are they similar in nature to dental school interviews? Should I wear a suit?

I'm finally having my two interviews with retired Navy dentists next week. What can I expect at these interviews? Are they similar in nature to dental school interviews? Should I wear a suit?

I wore a suite and treated it like another interview. However, the interviewers are looking why do you want to join the Navy. They are trying to get to know you and trying to picture you as a Naval Officer. I was prior Marine Corps so the interviews for me were cake. I also mentioned during my interview that if I didn't get te scholarship I still planned on joining the Navy after dental school. They love that stuff. Good luck!
