Navy ODS 2010 Dates

I will be graduating dental school in May and will need to go to ODS. Does anyone know how early we can apply for the dates that we want? I was hoping to go in Mid June to allow time if I need to finish requirements.

These are some of the ODS dates in the summer of 2010.

23 May - 25 June 2010
18 Jul - 20 Aug 2010
15 Aug - 17 Sep 2010

I signed up for the July 18 class, which I'm assuming most recent grads will be going to as well.

What are the pro's and con's to going earlier vs. later?

This may be a silly question, but do we have interviews for AEGD programs with the Navy or do they just place us in a spot? I ask because everyone that I know that is applying to GPR programs is already getting interviews and my friends that have Air Force HPSP scholarships have had interviews. I was told the Navy meets on Nov. 23 to go over AEGD/GPR programs applications.
