Unfortunately, Yao‘s left foot fracture, the Rockets are finished

judgmental too. hard to take you seriously at all.
you're actually pretty funny. your "diehardness" makes me laugh like the crazy guy on the soap box.
Ever heard of something called fantasy basketball? you should check it out. Carmelo isn't ranked in the top 15 on most places.
Efficiency on NBA.com has Melo at #9.
Out of 300+ players, that's pretty good. I think everyone on this forum agrees that melo is a great player. He just isn't the best...not even close. (lebron vs melo)

they're cursed...or just have fragile superstars.
tmac, mutombo, yao, and their rookie dorsey...all done for the year.
So Mutumbo is a superstar now, but you can't call Melo one?
Lol, you're right man, I'm wrong about him being a star player, I forgot about his fantasy stats. What was I thinking? Your arguements are pathetic. All they consist of is an insult about me being a lunatic, diehard fan, due to the fact that you can't say anything to refute what I've said. Ummmm, I didn't leave out anything of that article by the way, that's why I posted the link. Yeah, he's obviously not on Lebrons level (who is really?) but I never said he was. I just said you guys are fools thinking people like Deron Williams are better. Gimme a break and make some valid points.....or maybe you can talk some more about fantasy b-ball instead.
you quote some random article calling the author as some scholar in basketball while ESPN is some opinion poll.
you have insulted EVERYONE that has posted on this board that isn't a nuggets fan.
i have used actual statistics and not personal opinions in my argument or pull out some random unsubstantiated article.
please relax. cheer for your team, but don't force us to do the same.
Ur funny man. I hope your reasoning skills are slightly better when it comes to medicine than it does basketball or logical arguments.
...and there it is, "Your basketball argument is weak, thus you MUST be a ****ty doctor, too."
This is a unique usage of Burnett's Law from a pre-dental student. Way to bring this thread down a notch, matty.
On further thought, I hope DO4life continues to use statistics to support his medical practice, as opposed to local bias.
how about one of the worst no-calls ever to give 'Melo a wide open 3 to win that last game. I'm having a hard time remember a more egregious or deleterious no-call in basketball, since it completely changed the game.
Well, since you wanna keep posting nonsense...
Do you really read the words I write and process them in your head to glean some understanding of what they might have meant before you start pounding your keyboard with arrogant, angry strokes? Please show me where I said DO4 is probably a bad doctor cause he doesn't know basketball? I said I HOPE he's a better doctor than he is a logical debator or basketball guru because I would argue that he is quite lacking in both of the latter two areas. I'm sure he's a fine D.O. But lets try to put all the words in a sentence together and figure out what they are actually saying before we speak again, mmmmkay?
On further thought, I hope he practices evidence based medicine based off real statistics too, not fantasy stats, on which he apparently wants to judge Melo.
Calmly and Chill-ly Yours,
Matty

My reading comprehension is fine, I know you didn't say he was a bad doctor. The inference was clear, though. "You deliver substandard basketball arguments, thus I question your ability as a doctor."
Ummmmm, nope. Not at all. Sorry. English class my friend.
This is the lamest possible thread on a potentially interesting topic, and it is primarily your fault, Broseph. I hope your forays in this forum stay on non-anesthesia topics, I'd hate to see what would come of that.
That my friends, is the truth. Bron-Bron is playing with such intensity, it is fantastic to watch. Not that I want to bring this thread back, but LeBron is just nasty out there tonight. Just finished a dunk -> blocked a shot -> dropped a 3.
Kobe better watch out.
the most dominant center of all time (Shaq - 3 different teams to finals, 2 teams with championships).
