I just was curious what people are now using to study for the NBCOT OTR exam? I'll be taking this exam in the Spring. I've heard of these so far: AOTA, NBCOT Prep, OTQuestions.com, and Therapyed.com. I got some free subscription to OTQuestions through my program and it seemed really good. Someone also gave me access to their Therapyed materials, which were pretty good as well. What materials should I be using? Any other study tips? Many thanks in advance.

The AOTA exam prep (practice question bank and review PDFs on every topic) and the Therapy Ed review book/practice questions are the two big ones. I would recommend investing in both. They are worth the money and complement each other well. You will be adequately prepared with both. (I'm a new practitioner, tested in February and passed the first time around).

We just had a Level II student at our clinic who was using OTQuestions.com and he really liked it too. Seems pretty useful because there are so many questions for a good price. I used Therapyed when I took my boards and that was a good option too. I've heard of AOTA exam prep, but honestly don't know that much about it.
