i got the result 2 days ago ,i passed 75% thanks to god. i got 294/500 ( not includ the clinical cases) .
SDN members,
I want to share my experience on part two boards since this website has helped me so much when I was preparing for the exam. The bottom line is do not underestimate this exam. Some people might get away with studying two weeks but I studied for 2-1/2 months 7-8 hours a day. Decks alone will not get it done guys, it so risky unless you were super good in your clinical years. I studied the dental decks(4-5 times), old exams(once), mosby (twice), and dental secrets(once). The exam was hard and it seemed like the answers, you could narrow it down to two but its very hard to come up with the final answer cause they are so close. Pharmacology and pathology was harder than expected. I got 351/500 and ended up with a composite score of 79. I took the ADA exactly 10 working days to get the score. I took the exam in Los Angeles. Let me know if you guys have any questions.

I took it 2 weeks ago and got 461/600 right. it came out to be a comp score of 90.
nice, what materials did you use?
old exams and 2004 decks except for oral path and pharm, I studied those from the tufts review packet.

Hi Susan,
just wondering what the Tufts review packet is about. Are you a student there?
If not, can you please tell me how to get hold of it? Could you please give an idea if the Dental Decks and Mosby's will be sufficient for the other subjects?
the tufts review packet is a compilation of nbde II material put together by tufts faculty. I'm a student there..I don't know where you'd get it if you weren't. the decks were good, though I can't say anything about the oral path and pharm sections since I didn't look at them, I don't know about mosby's either.
81 part 2 took it on 5 th 6th june .....worried ..
himy stats r 365 /500 and 66 /100
Whats your percentile % also did you counted your 66 of day-2 with your 365 please clarify, thanks.👍
I took part 2 on june 9th and 10th. I passed with a score of 87. 🙂The break down was 446 correct out of 600. For the case based portion which is included in the stated score I received a 70/100. It took me 3 hours the first day, and about 2.5 hours the second day. I essentially just studied the decks. I studied them about 1.5 times. I also reviewed the Tuft's pharm packet for a couple of hours the night before the test........ Of course I should state that by that time I had taken the exam I had completed my DDS degree 1 week before the exam. I think that extra year of clinical experience also had a lot to due with my success, as opposed to taking it as a junior.
isnt the exam over 500 items, i just took my exam today 400 on the first day and 100 on the second.
oops! your right. I just corrected my post, I had added the case-based items into my scores. Thanks for pointing that out.
hey.... is anyone else still waiting on their scores??
yeah I am, i took mine alittle over two weeks ago.
