Take decks and read trough trying to answer without looking at the back. If you are mostly right, then you know the subject and can only do a review using any review material you like. If you make a lot of mistakes then you need to read a textbook

If I need to read any book which one will be the best as I am not in touch with theory from couple of years.
 
If you can't remember orthodontics, then get any ortho textbook. I used to just search titles on amazon or in the library. There are famous titles like "Contemporary Orthodontics ", "Fundamentals of Fixed Prosthodontics "
