Hi guys, I’m a foreign national and graduated in 2008. I gave my part1 in October 2013 and got 73. Now I plan to take the exam again in October or November. I’m not sure whether I’ll be eligible to take the exam. Please let me know if anyone have an experience or knowledge about the recent regulations about the exam.
