My wife is doing her BDS internship(in India) and she is planning do DDS in US. I have some queries regrading this. Could any one please clarify these?

1) Is it compulsory to take TOEFL, if she is coming here on H4 Visa?
2) Where should she has to take NBDE part I and part II exams(India or US)?
3) In which year of DDS(2nd or 3rd), she is going to join in US?
4) Is it necesarry to complete both part I and II exams before applying for colleges?

YES

Conducted only in US
3) In which year of DDS(2nd or 3rd), she is going to join in US?
Depends on the school you apply. Some have a 2 year program and some have a 3 year program.
4) Is it necesarry to complete both part I and II exams before applying for colleges?
No it isnt. There are some schools that require both Part I and Part II scores and some that require just Part I scores. So she can take her part I and start applying.
