NBDE Validity

Hello,
Can anyone help me to find an answer for NBDE 1&2 validity? Some schools say the tests are valid within five years. I took my part 1 in 2013 and part2 in 2015. I'm thinking about applying to DDS program next year and wondering whether to continue apply or not. Thank you.
