NBDE visa letter.. Need help

Hello SDN members,

I'm a dentist from Cairo, planning to take my NBDE exam in March
I've already scheduled my exam, but I was wondering if I should contact the JCDNE and request a visa letter (acceptance letter)
or should I just print the prometric confirmation page along with the exam fee transaction details, and present them in my visa interview?
