Anyone know the correlation of NBME 19 with the Step or other NBMEs? I got 75% right on it, and that was barely passing... I feel like it was a harsh curve

How did people who took 19 do on other NBMEs and the Step?

The curve is harsher. There is reams of data and experiences in the Official 2017 Step1 thread to help you gauge their performance. For me it was about 12 points lower than the actual one.

Wow, mind if I ask if you did anything in particular during the week after?
If I recall correctly, in that last week I redid and reviewed my~750 UW incorrect questions and also took two more NBMEs. Also did DirtyUSMLE and reviewed around 25 specific pages of FA topics that I had trouble with in the past (e.g. murmurs, CAH, vitamins, etc). (Can you tell I'm the cramming type of exam-taker?)

I did have a much harder time with the NBMEs (highest I ever got was a 228) vs the UW assessments (237 on both UW1 and 2) and I think I may have been lucky in that many of the questions I got on the real thing were more like the longer UW style questions.

I got the same score as nbme 19 too. I think it has started predicting accurately?
Nah I don't think so. While it may have been more accurate for us, the general trend still seems to be it underpredicts. Maybe if it starts happening more from here on out, I haven't read about a lot of recent experiences. Most of the NBME 19 threads I perused were from last year.
