NBME 3= 370 = 184 your opinion.

Everythng is borderline with couple of ones in High.

Have you seen people Pass with this NBME 3 score?

where are you in your prep? when is your test?

Typical from what I've read the NBME is extremely accurate in predicting actual performance.

I took NBME 3 last week and got a freakin 350 - 172. I read through all of first aid again this week, analyzed my test taking skills, and plan to take another NBME on Sunday. I scheduled for step one next friday so I am hopping to get a much better score on this next NBME - I'll let you know how it goes.

My test is next month at the end of May, but I work 40 hr a week, but hey no excuses.

I ended UW with a 48% unused/time now is up to 54%

Almost everything is borderline with some exeptions that are high

PASS , at least with a 200, but if not a PASS will be enough.

Well considering a 185 is a passing score, I'd say you are right on target. You got a whole month to improve too.
